If you need a water service repair or a new line - this is your company. I got quotes with several different companies to replace our water service and this was by far the best. Doug is great to work with and very thorough, taking the time to walk me through the entire process, including any questions after the install. Pricing was competitive and a fantastic deal when comparing the scope of their work to other companies. Appreciate that they handled all the permits and utility calls, plus I don't have to repair a huge trench in my yard when spring comes.

We recently had our main line to the town sewer system from our house and was referred to Dynamole by Elliot at Drain Man plumbing (only plumber I will ever use) as it required digging which he didn’t have time or equipment for. They arrived the next day after contacting them to assess the situation and give me an estimate. The estimate was very fair and they were at work within a couple of days. They got the job done to a point where we could use our bathroom that day, only needed to return the next day to finish back filling the trench. When they were finished the ground was perfectly level and the yard was clear of any excess dirt and rocks. The guys were very friendly and worked hard. I dealt with Doug mostly, the apparent foreman, and he was very professional and easy to talk to. I can’t recommend Dynamole highly enough, absolutely the company I would call again if I am ever in a similar situation.

Driver was in the right turning lane only on Long Pond going over 104, and went straight, almost hitting me, then was speeding down Long Pond towards Unity Hospital, and cutting in front of multiple people, including a tow truck with two cars on it. Complete unsafe driver.

Dyna Mole is the best plumbing company we have ever hired..Micah is a very good and professional person who understood our plumbing problem. The whole crew that worked on our house was very courteous, professional and fast. Micah was the best person to work with! Dyna Mole took on our huge project and got it done in one and a half days, they did really good quality work did not cut any corners you can definitely see the amazing craftsmanship that went into their work. It’s rare these days but my experience with Micah and Dyna Mole has been amazing. This past October I had them replace my sewer main using their pipe bursting equipment. When I called the office for a quote the woman took my information and said someone would call to setup a time. Micah called within 15 minutes and came out that day to scope the line and provide an estimate. I had the written episode that day by email. Micah was always available and answered my emails or calls right away. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to answer the hard questions. When the crew came to do the work, they were fantastic. They hit a big of a snag with finding the water main shutoff as it was under a tree but the work through it and got the job done. The crew was pleasant, presentable, very knowledgeable, and most importantly cared about my property. Micah called at the end of each day to provide me an update, which was awesome. Overall Dyna Mole was great. Their services were a touch more expensive but with their pipe bursting equipment I saved hundreds having to redo my flower beds and shrubs. Can not recommend them enough!

We had Dyna Mole of Rochester put in a new water main line at my residence. They were able to get the job done in a day and a half and cleaned up everything when the job was complete. Micah was able to answer all of my questions and when I called him, he responded almost immediately when I left a message. His crew was very respectful and polite. I would highly recommend them.

My sump discharge line failed and needed to be replaced. Micah came out promptly and explained everything that needed to be done. It was such a breeze and I would highly recommend Dyna Mole for any of your plumbing needs!

As the Property Manager of Lake Vista we have had to use Dyna Mole multiple times for emergency plumbing. Each time they have been very quick to respond and kept us up to date with their ETA.
